Start My Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website startmyservices.com (the “Site”) and provides a free concierge service that helps individuals and businesses set up home and business utilities, including internet, cable/streaming TV, security systems, phone services, solar energy, water systems, and smart home upgrades. We provide services to customers in Las Vegas, San Francisco, Dallas, Nashville, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, Miami, and other markets we may add over time.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to consent to SMS messaging to use our concierge service or to purchase any provider’s services.
  • Message frequency varies based on your service request and its status; you can expect occasional messages, not recurring marketing blasts.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No mobile opt-in information or phone numbers will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
